Dog Seizures Symptoms

Seizures are an abnormal surge of power or neural signal burst from the brain. It’s among the neurological problems that frequently found in most dogs.

The seizures symptoms such as drool, meltdown, thrash and uncontrollable legs can be frightening and shocking but dog feels no pain at all. They will only show signs of confusion.

Prodome

Aura

Ictal

Following the seizure, your dog will possess the following symptoms:

  • Confusion
  • disorientation
  • temporary appear to become blind or deaf
  • drink or eat too
  • pacing
  • salivation
  • restlessness
  • Status Epilepticus (SE)

A very dangerous and life-threatening scenario that occurs when a seizurelastst for over five minutes. This may damage the brain if the interval last for over 20 minutes due to no break or muscle relaxation inside the mind.
